What is...

CBD?

CBD aka cannabidiol is a naturally occurring compound found in the resinous flower of cannabis. A safe, non-addictive substance, CBD is one of more than a hundred “phytocannabinoids,” which are unique to cannabis and endow the plant with its robust therapeutic profile. CBD has similar therapuetic results as its close sister THC, but with out the "stoned" or "intoxicating" effects.

CBN?

CBN aka cannabinol is the "sleep cannabinoid." Known for its strong sedative effects, it helps people get a resultful sleep. It has little no psychoactivity so it will not get you "stoned" or "high" like Delta-9.

CBG?

CBG aka cannabigerol is considered "the mother of all cannabinoids." Meaning it is the precusor to CBD and THC. CBG has a wide variety of ailments it can help with including nausea, appetite, sleep, cognitive function, muscle relaxation, help induce sleep, and anti-inflammatory properties.

Delta-8 vs Delta-9?

Delta-9 is what your everyday marijuana, "weed," or "pot" is usually referring to. Delta-8 is newer to the scene. Both will get you "stoned" or "high." Both create euphoric and relaxation, but to different degrees. Delta-8's effects are to a lesser degree than Delta-9. Products containing less than 0.3% are federally legal in the United States.

THC-O?

THC-O is another new player on the scene. Its chemical structure is very similar to traditional Delta-9 THC, but its believed to be slightly stronger. THC-O will still get users "high" with many similar benefits of Delta-9 including euphoria and potentially more uplifting instead of sedating.

THC-P?

The newest face to the cannibinoid family is THC-P. THC-P is by far and above the strongest cannabinoid on the market. THC-P is very expensive in the purest form because it is produced in small amounts by the cannabis plant. In our store, our THC-P is mixed with Delta-8 THC to bring the THC level below the 0.3% threshold that is required to be federally compliant.

HHC?

HHC aka hexahydrocannabinol is also new to the scene. Its chemical structure is similar to Delta-9, but it possess a hydrogen molecule that other THC products don't have. It is not a THC product, but still have similar euphoric and intoxicating effects, but to a much lesser degree. Similar to Delta-8.

Endocannibinoid System (ECS)?

The endocannibinoid system or ECS, is believed to be a major system within the body similar to cardiovascular and muscular systems. The ECS is active in the body even if cannabinoids are not introduced as THC, CBD, CBG, etc. The CB1 and CB2 receptors are where the magic is. These are the receptors that cannabinoids interact with. Adding outside cannabinoids as flowers, tinctures, edibles, or topicals will help regulate the bodies sleep, appetite, and mood.

Entourage Effect?

The entourage effect is an interesting case study. It is still being study today. It is believed that THC and CBD taken together are greater than the individual compounds, creating in effect the entourage effect. It is being studied to find out if using the whole plant is more beneficial that just taking the isolated cannabinoids on their own. Like all Delta THC prodcuts, each one affects everyone differently based on their own ECS.
